Many of today's wireless communication devices are designed with low receiving sensitivity to allow for reception over longer distances. Additionally, small wireless communication devices, including IoT devices, often have antennas mounted on the circuit board and may lack RF connectors. When conducting receiving sensitivity tests under such conditions, excessive surrounding noise can obscure the desired radio waves, making it impossible to accurately measure receiving sensitivity. To measure receiving sensitivity more accurately, we recommend using a radio wave dark box that can create a low-noise environment.

FerRobotics' unique technology, ACT, automatically corrects the "difference" in contact pressure (force) that occurs during polishing and grinding processes, which require skilled techniques, at high speed. This technology allows for consistent polishing/grinding at a set contact force, unaffected by variations in processing speed or gravitational load differences due to angles. With the end effector (ACF) utilizing ACT technology, it instantly and automatically compensates for changes in dimensional tolerances, curved shapes, and non-flat surfaces by rapidly adjusting the stroke length, maintaining contact with the workpiece at the set force. This technology enables faster trajectory speeds for machines and robots, increasing processing speed and improving cycle times. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the ACF itself controls the contact pressure through stroke adjustments, eliminating the need to move the heavy robot arm for corrections, which further assists in improving processing speed.
